The tiny little clip which keep the reservoir closed on my iron is broken. Water leaks out.
I got it from Amazon. They say I should return it. My guarantee does not cover accidental damage and they "will assess it" when it arrives.
How can they tell whether it was accidentally damaged or not?
It's going to cost a bit to send it back to them and if they won't admit it's faulty then I won't get that money back.
This is why I usually buy electrical items from real shops. It's much easier to return them.
Thanks
