Am doing cream teas for an event at the weekend, anyone seen really large tubs of clotted cream in the supermarket (or have I just dreamed them?)TIA
you need to be in the countryside, near a dairy and you would get heaps. Are you in town?
not sure i've ever seen really big tubs of it though actually, except when i worked in a restaurant...
Thanks for replies, I'm in BristolMay just have to get smaller tubs, just hate to think of all those plastic pots...
Devon - in most supermarkets here you can buy Clotted cream by the kilo.
At a cash and carry?
Do you have milk delivered,a milk man can probably get cream in larger tubs, Rhodda do a 1 kg pack.Dairy crest seem to sell Rhodda's.
Thanks UniS, think I know someone who has milk delivered, will ask her.
