I am about to embark on my first holiday house swap! Apparently one of the huge advantages is that there is a well stocked store cupboard unlike holiday lets. So what do you guys consider essential basics in your store cupboards just so i can make sure i have everything covered!

Thanks

Thinking about what I always seem to have in my cupboards...

Rice, Pasta & Noodles
Pasta sauces (I'm lazy!)
Tinned tomatoes & sweetcorn
Plain flour
Sugar
Loads of herbs and spices
Cereal
Tinned pineapple
Garlic
Bovirl
Veg, beef and chicken stock cubes

I think that's what I'd class as the basics anyway.

Tea
Coffee
Sugar
Salt
Pepper

Vinegar
Soy sauce
Ketchup
Stock cubes or powder
Small selection dried herbs/spices
UHT milk (good as a standby)
Tinned toms/passata
Tinned tuna
Beans

If being really thoughtful then enough for one meal in freezer - e.g. sausages, oven chips + peas, or frozen lasagne, + vanilla ice cream.
