DD ctablecloth wipe-clean tablecloth in bolognase sauce today & it's left tomatoey stains - how can I get rid of them?
Huh, not sure what happened there!DD covered my wipe clean tablecloth....
put it in the washing machine and hope for the best. Otherwise....fortunately they're not too expensive.....(been through a few plastic tablecloths in my time.... )
Milton (or Asda cheap version)
Cool, I've got some Milton in the cupboard I'll try that tomorrow.I'm not being precious about a crappy plastic tablecloth (honest!) it's just I only got it last week! Serves me right for getting a black & White (cow print) one I guess?
A little bit of WD40 should lift it - never needed to try it myself but the nice lady in John Lewis recommended it when I bought my tablecloth!
Just hang it in the sunshine. Should disappear.
Hang it on the line and see if the sun bleaches them out?
Milton did the trick - thanks!
Rub with kitchen paper soaked in cooking oil then wipe with detergent. Works a treat on plastic boxes used for keeping spat Bol. Should work for plastic table cloths. Sunlight too! Fabric needs to be wet then UV makes tomato vanish like magic.
