DD off to a pal's for about 3 hours later so I am free!! Loads to do - what would you do out of this lot?
Clear out car - a total tip as in popcorn and juice cartons and god knows what everywhere.

Sort out 2 big tubs of paperwork and get it filed/shredded.

Do dishes - no space in kitchen not been done since Hogmanay

Fill a bin bag with stuff from DD's room - soft toys etc that never get looked at and get rid of it.

Take clean washing off clothes horse and hang 2 loads of wet stuff.

MN all afternoon.

Try and make some sense of my bedroom - it's a storage place for boxes and bags of stuff that I've been bringing back from a relative's house I've been clearing out and they are all spilling over the place.

MN all afternoon.

Tidy and hoover living room - again not been done since New Years Eve and has crushed cheeslets everywhere.

MN all afternoon.

Sort out all the dirty clothes in bathroom into suitable loads.

There is loads of other stuff to do but if I could get some of this done would feel a lot better - will go with your opinions if you are kind enough to offer any Xmas Smile

I'd start with the daily jobs first so dishes, clothes etc. Then start de-cluttering, you can sort through clothes as your putting the clean one's away one room at a time, Then paperwork. Just keep going until the 3hrs is up.

Alternatively you can use the 3 hours to mumsnet write a list of all the jobs from most important to least important then keep the list somewhere in plain sight to work through another day. Grin

Ha, I am Listwoman Pixie, full of good intentions, feel really good after making a list then get a couple of jobs done and then spend more time rearranging the list according to revised priorities. Back to work on Wed you see so have to get organised a bit or will spend the next year in chaos like the last one Xmas Blush

Put clean washing away and load the wet stuff on to dry, otherwise it will smell and you'll have to wash it again.
Put a load of washing on.
Go round with a bin bag and throw as much as possible out.
Do the dishes.
Hoover.
MN!

I'd make a smoothie and lie on my bed with some music on, MNetting.

Sod the jobs. Wink
