After 10 years I have got the builders in for a new kitchen. as my husband was dragging his heels I did'nt tempt fate by doing any advance research but now they are knocking the kitchen wall down as I type and I need to get some appliances sharpish. we are getting the kitchen from Howdens but comments on Mumsnet have put me off buying appliances with the kitchen.

I never expected the process to happen so quickly and now I urgently need to buy an integrated Fridge, Freezer and Dishwasher, all to fit under the counter. I have already bought a NEFF hob from John Lewis but there must be somewhere else to buy cheaper decent stuff. any advice please

oh and an extracter fan as well.

My kitchen fitters custom built cupboards around my washer and dishwasher so that the finished article looked streamlined. Fitted appliances are far more expensive and then more expensive to get repaired as they are not so accessible. My Zanussi dishwasher is 15 years old and washing machine 10. I have to admit though that neither have needed repairing!
