Can someone talk to me about home ed and gcses

No idea where to start
Hoping it doesn't come to it but how do you find colleges that will take them pre 16.

If you can't find such colleges what do you do then.

Haven't money for loads of tutors or online school.

Oxford open learning are, I believe, quite good at providing the materials etc to prepare at home
