That report uses a lot of words to make about two points!
HE families should clearly be caged and fed a diet of pages from the National Curriculum served with humble pie.
How very dare we!

He's a yumster, that's for sure. I can't get enough of just looking at his face, it's lovely. His dad is really enjoying the other end. Well, I hope he is, he's changing all the nappies
