I have one. I find it very comfortable but you can return if you dont like it. It does have a bit of a chemical smell so it needs airing but I just left the sheets off during the day for a couple of days and it was fine.

I'm on one now. Really like it, so comfortable and holds its shape. Agree you have to let it air out a few days before sleeping on it (so dont get rid of your old mattress before it arrives).

I like mine. It's not as "spongy" as my old memory foam one. But very comfortable.

I love mine, DP isn't as keen and thinks it's too hard. It took me a couple of weeks to come round to it and now I think it's the best thing ever

Absolutely wrecked my back, apparently they're really soft but it felt really hard to me. We have a relyon now, wouldn't have anything else. I would see if there is a mattress warehouse near you (not dreams or bensons for beds) and go try lying on some

Ours is arriving on Monday. I was swung by the reviews and awards plus being unable to go out and test other mattresses at that time.

I find it no different to our memory foam one . Which was far cheaper
We only got an Emma mattress because DH has sciatica, it says its helped a little
Extortionate price tho and yes it blimmin smells when you first get it and it comes rolled up
I dont think it holds it shape , it almost acts like a memory foam mattress.. is it ? My side is dipped down more than DH side , I like to roll on his side when he gets up Grin

I’ve had one for 2 years. It’s held it’s shape, it is very firm but I like that and I like that you can zip off the cover and wash it which came in handy when dd spilt my coffee all over it.

We have one and love it. My partner was reluctant to get it at first, but he actually likes it more than i do!

We ordered one and it never arrived. The customer service was dire. Cancelled and bought a Simba. And it's amazing

We have Nectar mattresses and they are AMAZING! (FYI)

I bought a similar one (Dormeo) for the spare room (DH has a sleep disorder and we're likely to kill each other if we share).

It's truly the most horrifically uncomfortable thing I've ever had. It's hard, uncomfortable and it's impossible turning over because you seem to sink into the surface. Don't buy one without trying it out.

I like mine and found their customer service really good.

I contacted them at the end of the trial period to talk about returning it as I found it a bit firm, and they sent me a topper which has made it incredibly comfortable.

Mine hardly had any smell at all.

I have a mattress from Ikea. It's the Morgedal one. I like it.

We have one and I love it. Wait until there is a good discount code. We got 40% off ours.

@Yaottie is the relyon soft?

I'd only buy a mattress by going to a shop and trying loads out. The trial period is good, but who wants the faff of returning a mattress and making sure you've got a replacement before it goes. It's also pricy for what is essentially just foam. I'd go for a hybrid mattress with pocket springs and a latex/gelfoam/foam layer on top.

We are in dire need of a new mattress and it is one of many we have considered . I've looked into all this type of mattress and the long term reports are they dip and can get a ridge in the middle. We already have a memory foam one ( 10 years old ) and will not be having another . I think for us we will have a more traditional sprung one next so are looking out for one which will be quite firm.
I've also heard that your sex life isn't so good in these mattresses, it's all about the bounce GrinWink

@TheCanyon Not particularly - I mean it's soft to the touch and very comfortable but it also gives great support. I think mine is springs with a memory foam layer (not a topper)

We have one and are about to send it back. It’s like sleeping on wet sand. I cannot wait to see the back of it - I’ve been going mad from lack of sleep.
