Help decide how to decorate my house!

I've decided to spend the money we've saved on nursery fees during lockdown on getting a decorator in to decorate:
Hall, stairs and landing
Master bedroom
Nursery for new baby due September
Bedroom for 2 year old boy
Lounge

I'm finding it overwhelming deciding what to actually do!

I like the scandi styles but don't want everything to be white and grey!

House is 10 years old and all the walls and ceilings are currently a stark white.

Would like a wooden herringbone or parquet floor in the lounge but that's about as much as I can decide.

If anyone seen any good sites for inspiration please share!

I find Instagram really good for ideas. You can look for home accounts or search a hashtag for a style you like or a paint colour. Once you like a few images it will bring up similar things on the homepage. You can save images you like as I have here, so it’s similar to Pinterest.

Like you I find it really hard to make decisions - I’ve had the money for a new sideboard and tv stand since December and still haven’t bought anything. I change my mind every few days.

I find Pinterest really useful for refining a sense of style. I just settle down with a cup of tea for half an hour and pin any picture that I like without analysing it too deeply. Then when I look back over what I’ve saved I can see a general trend.
