I know we not allowed to do a thread about a thread but I think in this case its ok (I hope).
Having read the thread about grout Im now worried about mine. Im having these tiles on my bathroom wall, and these tiles on my bathroom floor (it's a wet room)I was planning on white grout as loo sink etc ceiling and door will be white but I do worry that it will show up any mould which we have a serious problem with currently but we're putting in a bigger radiator a heated floor extra ventilation/extraction in and taking down a wall to improve air circulation so hopefully will make the problem better and other marks. Any suggestions/ideas welcome.

The only time I’ve had mould is when I stopped using the window vac after a shower.

Are you having a fan that runs 24/7? Dhs cousin has them in his utility, kitchen, all the bathrooms & he really rates them.

If you're not planning on 24/7 ventilation, change your plans to include it. Without constant air movement to dry things out you will get mouldy. It's the biggest thing you can do, apart from having a sealed surface for the whole room like a hospital floor.

Do not have white grout on the floor. We did on the floor and walls - walls lovely, floor big mistake. Within 3 months it was a manky grey tone, even with weekly cleaning. Now I have to use a white grout pen every few months. It does look great once I've done it, but it's an extra chore I could do without!
