Im in the process of painting the kitchen cabinets in Cornforth white (its actually a valspar colour match). I love how it looks so far!!! Im thinking of painting the skirting boards and doors in this colour too, what leaves me thinking... what colour should i get for the walls? Toying with the idea of having one of the walls in Overtly olive (dulux). However for the rest of the walls id like something to bring out the colour of the cabinets. TIA!!!

I would go with the complementary colours suggested by f and b. So, walls in ammonite and woodwork in Wevet. Personally, I wouldn't paint the woodwork the same colour as the units, but that's just my opinion.

Thank you. I dont want the room to be too grey, it is a north facing room so im looking for another colour a bit warmer.

How about shaded white? It's much warmer than both Hardwick and ammonite I think. Or are you looking for more colour?
