Small Habitat sofa. How much to recover? Loose covers?

Hi everyone,
we have a battered yet loved two person Habitat sofa that fits perfectly in our bay window. Only problem is that it gets rather aggressively 'loved' by our cat, the cover is a little threadbare, and it generally needs an overhaul. I don't want to use too many throws, as I prefer a minimalist look
I would like to get some washable covers for it, as we are planning on getting a dog and I can see that couch being prime dog-lolling position.
Can you either recommend anywhere I can buy ready made loose covers, or give me a rough idea of how much it would cost to recover (using cheap washable cotton material).
Thanks in advance!

Plumbs are great for made to measure sofa covers. Most of their range are machine washable, and their in-home agents give a free quote

All my blinds/curtains are from there. The ads say start from £299, but reckon it might be more like £350 for nice ones - they are bespoke though and comes with a 3 yr guarantee! Sooooo many fabrics to pick from
