3-4 seater, fabric not leather and comfortable! Please tell me where your great sofas are from?

Also looking
I want one that’s contemporary/modern looking
One that you don’t have to plump the cushions up after sitting on them
Not hard or too soft
Ones I like that are really comfy arnt
Modern looking enough
Parker knoll Hampton
Parker knoll Montana

My nicest sofas are from sofa.com

I have been sofa hunting for a while now, and the nicest I found (went and tried various out) were from sofa.com. They have just had an offer on too, and apparently these come round regularly. They have a concession at House of Fraser too. I was also tempted by sofasofa, looks good, great prices, good reviews, but based in Wales and I really wanted to try them out, so didn't risk it.

I got a velvet one from the “sofa pronto” range at Sofas and Stuff (terrible name, great products). I am quite sofa-fussy having had bad experiences from cheaper places and this one is holding up well 18 months later.

We've got a lovely four-seater from sofa workshop. It is feather so does need regular plumping. It's very comfy but if I got another I'd go for a fibre core and feather outer. You can configure your sofa as you want there, so we had plenty of options for filling, types of cover and fabrics, as well as the feet and arms. The only thing is it took over three months to be ready... I also wasn't terribly impressed with their delivery, which - despite promising experts in furniture delivery - was outsourced to people who didn't seem to know what they were doing. However the sofa is lovely.

I'd also recommend Sofa Workshop. I've had one of their corner sofa for 13 years and it still looks immaculate. I bought another two sofas from them 3 years ago and they are just as good. I've recommended them to loads of people and they've all been really happy - in fact my DM has just ordered one today. They do take a while for delivery but that's because they are still hand made to order.

I've got the Midas range from sofology. The sofa is my favourite thing in my whole house, I love it.

I love my velvet chesterfield from Debenhams. I find Laura Ashley too firm - I'm guessing they look lovely but aren't made for slobbing our binge watching Netflix

We’ve just bought Wycombe by Parker Knoll. It hasn’t arrived yet but hoping it will be comfy!

Our current sofa is from made.com and is the comfiest sofa I’ve ever encountered, but I’ve heard they’re hit and miss.

We need a sofa bed for our lounge and I’m heartbroken to have to get rid of it.

My sofa was free from someone on gumtree. Its the most comfortable sofa I've ever owned, the people who had it originally obviously spent good money on it as it was ten years old when I got it from them.

I'm not sure if this is the answer you're looking for but people often want rid of big items like this for a really good price, I've seen almost brand new sofas going for next to nothing because people don't want the hassle of trying to move/ get rid. Worth a try?

If anyone is looking to sell their corner sofa or want to swap with a 2 seater and 3 seater grey pair of sofas give me a shout! I’m desperate for a corner sofa instead of two separate onesGrin
