Problems with Dulux Bathroom and Kitchen Paint/Recommend Another Brand?

Hi,
Just wondering if anyone has had any problems with Dulux Bathroom and Kitchen Paint. It might just be that we have purchased a faulty batch or something but it seems to be scratching really easily. Fair enough we have had a kitchen installed and had minor scratches as a result of this but when I have attempted to wipe these marks to see if they will come off, the paint seems to have come off too. Just wondering if anyone else has had this issue or could recommend a different make of robust paint for kitchen/dining room/hallway please. We have two young children so need it to be as robust as possible! Also posted on chat forum.
