Sofa Workshop - does anyone have one?

I'm looking at the Caruso sofa from Sofa Workshop - it's just so comfy, you can really sink into it. I wondered if anyone has experience with them and could give me feedback on service/quality?

Thanks!

Haven't got one but have tested a few out in their shop. Like most of the designs and think they look really squidgy and comfy. Not sure about the quality, probably quite upmarket and akin to multiyork or loaf or but I do know they've been taken over by DFS recently and in fact there are a couple of sofas under the sofa workshop brand in the DFS stores. Not sure how that will impact on quality though

We have two sofas from the sofa workshop that are about 15 years old and apart from one biro mark (kids!) they still look good and are still comfy.

I've just checked and our sofas are Carries and they still do them.

I got one for a tenner off eBay, back was faded where the fabric had been in the light but excellent sturdy sofa so I would recommend the quality of thenworkmanship x

We had our 3 sofas made by sofa workshop 20 years ago and got them re-covered last year by local upholsterer. Amazing quality and were worth doing as replacing with similar would have been over £10k 😲

We have a sofa workshop chaise and had a few problems with it originally - the back started creaking within weeks and it turned out it was cracked. The service was excellent though. They sent someone as soon as we reported the creaking, provided a stand in whilst they built us a new one and delivered the new one in super quick time. It’s now 10 years old and still going strong.

We have a Caruso, but swapped the feather seat pads for fibre wrapped foam as we prefer the more solid feel. Kept the feather back cushions though. It's huge and marvellous! Have had it about 6 months so far & love it!

One of our sofas is a leather one from Sofa Workshop and after 18 years, its still going strong despite 2 house moves, 3 dogs, 2 children and their friends. Its very comfortable and the seat pads are still firm. To replace it would cost just over £3k.
