What colour is your absolutely favourite room in your home?! Photos welcomed 😍

We moved into a new build 4 months ago and just had the whole house painted in F&B Ammonite with white wood work (bathrooms are all white). It's just a stop gap really as although it's perfectly nice I do want to introduce a lot more colour - but we reckoned we would wait till settlement cracks etc were out of the way.

I'm pretty sold on Stiffkey Blue or similar for the main lounge but not thought much beyond that.

I have interior designer coming on Saturday to get the wheels in motion so would love to hear/see your favourites 🤗

Mine's probably the lounge. Painted in a copy of f and b skimming stone

We had our house decorated through out and here is some colours we used and all the paint used was easycare dulux paint cause it’s easy to wipe dirty off especially with 4 children.

My son's bedroom. He shares it with a kitty grin - find her...

F&B oval room blue in an East facing room with a good amount of natural light. Good at all times of year and looks beautiful with daylight and by lamplight.

I just had my living room painted in F&B's Lichen. It's a beautiful rich mid green. I would take a picture but my house is a tip! There is a really good, true to life picture on the F&B website.

Oh thanks for the replies everyone.

@Cecilia2016 do you know what colour it is in the 3rd picture? 😍
Wipe clean would definitely be preferable.

@LovelyMommy78 aww she's so cute hiding there!

@DonDrapersOldFashioned Oval room blue is beautiful would love to use it somewhere.

@BrokeLuce yes their website is very good. Lichen is fab - I'm never drawn to green when I'm looking but when I see it in other peoples houses I always love it.

@Bluesheep8 skimming stone is such a soothing colour I think.

My two favourites are
Old White which is a slightly olive green
Light Blue which is blue grey green.

Elephants Breath looks a bit lilacy on my landing.

Hello snailorswift, the paint on this third picture is this one.

My study is that colour, cecilia grin.

Although it looks more pink in my room (like a more dusky/muted version of F&B Peignoir).

I came on to say that my bedroom is my favourite (no pic as it needs a tidy!) and it's also in Dusted Fondant. We used it in our bedroom in our last house too and we still love it.

Mine is my bedroom and really love it

SnailorSwift Fri 14-Dec-18 15:40:25

Oh my @Cecilia2016 no wonder I loved it. This was the colour of our chimney breast in our old house! It's lovely though must be similar lighting to your room @DonDrapersOldFashioned as we swatched it with Peignoir and they were very similar.

Maybe I need to think of a way to work it into this house!
