How much is a new kitchen?

I would love a new kitchen, but not sure if we’ve got the funds! How much would be a reasonable budget for a fairly large kitchen, including installation? Would probably want new appliances (oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer), we wouldn’t want top of the range everything. Some idea of what you’ve spent, and what you got for your money, would be majorly helpful!

I have just ordered mine. It is for quite a small u shaped kitchen. Cost of units and worktop was about 4k, appliances about 1500, fitting and electrical and plumbing tiling etc was another 3,300. Overall cost 8,800. I have a timber framed door from Benchmarx. I could have got kitchen about 600 cheaper if I had gone for a cheaper mid range door.My worktop is a wood effect laminate. It was all more expensive than I was expecting tbh. I think you might get cheaper if you go to b and q or somewhere. I think that the fitting is quite important and expensive plus you have to add VAT.

Fairly large kitchen 10-15k is a sensible budget.
