Does anyone know what is happening at John Lewis with their Home Services. I have been trying to get curtains fitted for over three months. No-one answers the phone at the new centralised ‘Core’ and no-one else (including ‘Customer Services’ and the Chairman’s office!) will take any responsibility. When they finally arrived to fit yesterday, the track had been made wrong and I’m now back to square one - having to get track remade, new appointment etc. John Lewis never used to be like this! Seems they no longer care about us!

I am having a nightmare with them. Totally not interested in the fact that my still under guarantee white good has broken down 3 times within 2 yrs and even though I am offering to pay the difference for a better (more reliable) model they still want to send an engineer out for the 4th time whilst it is out of operation for yet another week

Dreadful customer service with no end to the 65min calls I am having to make to their customer shitty service teams

I paid over £6000 for curtains and had multiple errors and delays. Took nearly a year to be fully resolved and multiple calls and emails to get any compensation

They were on Watchdog the other day. Something about the centralising of services having caused issues.
