Design Plan Help?!

I've recently moved to a new house where the shape of the living room is an awkward rectangle. I have no idea how to make the best of it and I'm not happy with how it is at the moment.

Does anyone know where I might go to get assistance for how to arrange and decorate the room?

I've had a look on Fiverr for interior designers but I'm hesitant as to whether they're offering the exact service I'm looking for
