Cox & Cox workers’ stools

I have placed an order for 5 Workers’ Stools - does anyone have them & are pleased with the quality. Am a little concerned at some of the negative reviews saying quality is hit & miss & how expensive it is to return items. Wish I’d read the reviews beforehand! Thanks.

I haven’t managed to find any reviews on the Workers’ Stools yet.....

I think it's a bit 50/50 to be honest. I had the industrial twist stool delivered and the wooden seat was almost entirely split, no way you could sit on it. It wasn't delivery damage so must've been packaged that way which was what really irked me.

Was so disappointed as I love cox & cox. Had to repackage & return. Other things I've had have been great though - the birch Xmas tree is beautiful & something I will be using every Christmas!

I think just cross your fingers and hope for the best, they may well be absolutely lovely!

I don't think returning cost me anything though, I just repacked it and they collected, I certainly wouldn't agree to being charged for that!

The returns costs shown on their website are absolutely extortionate!!

That is not unusual for specialist furniture companies. Especially smaller ones.

Everyone expects free returns these days and really it's only the likes of John Lewis who can afford it.

I do not think anywhere will charge you for returning a faulty item - it's just if you decide you don't like it they will.
