Brand new sofa problems

Can anyone please advise me as to what I should do..

So I purchased a sofa from Sofology and we’ve had it for 3 weeks now. It’s sagged so much to the point that it looks like it’s at least 5 years old. After speaking to them on their online chat the lady tried to convince me that it’s just natural wear of th material and th sofa we chose is a very soft sofa. I wasn’t told anything about it being worn out In a few weeks from the salesman when we bought it.

After getting nowhere with the online chat I called them up to be told the same thing from another guy on the phone. It’s only been 21 days and I feel like they are trying to make me go over the 30day period. After arguing for about 15 minutes the guy told me to call back after 6 weeks if it’s still the case.

I feel like it can only get worse and they are buying time so later on they don’t loose out.

The sofa is on finance..

Return it and don't wait. It won't get better. Get a different sofa.

You need to tell them it's not fit for purpose and you want to return it. Make sure the finance is cancelled.
