Talk to me about pans

DH nearly lost an eye to a screw flying off our very old and crusty pans. We're not big cooks and don't need anything top of the range but do want good value. Any recommendations?

I always go for stainless steel, not non stick apart from frying pan.
S/S lasts ages and cleans up really well.
I have a set of Judge pans ATM.

IKEA! I have a range of their everyday pans, a frying pan and their pressure cooker - I love that their pans don't burn on!

Meyer circulon non-stick insides. Had them 15 years. They're fab and lovely and light!

We have some JL ones that we've had about 11 years and some newer Judge ones to replace the JL ones that have fallen apart! I really like the Judge ones, we have the ones with the strainer lids.

We have decided Buyer pans here - young can take off the handles and stack them so they don't take much storage.
