What colour is your hallway?

Looking to change the colour, I've just had the layout of downstairs changed so doorways added and boarded up so the halls a bit of a mess, but I don't know what kind of colour to go for?
It'll be for the hall, up the stairs and the upstairs landing
It's quite a narrow hall with not a lot of light, lots of kids coming and going and a dog so ideally something that won't show marks very easily
Oh and not bloody grey!
Any suggestions? Pics would be massively appreciated too Grin

I don't have a hallway [weeps bitter tears].

OK, being more constructive: what colour are the rooms leading off the hallway? Because I quite like that contrast thing where the hall is dark and the rooms light, or the other way round.

I really like F&B Inchrya Blue or PIgeon (which is more green than grey).

I don't know how to do pics sorry and I'm stuck with a dated dado rail!!! with crown 'ballet shoes' above and ' just plum' below as its harder wearing with the animals, with a biscuit coloured carpet. I like it as its quite a cold north facing room and the colours warm it up. Wood work is just cream satin wood.

I have Crown Spotlight. It's supposed to be grey but its actually lilac or a really nice soft blue depending on the time of day. Before that we have had Dulux White Cotton, Timeless & Natural Calico. Natural Calico is the only one I didn't. They probably won't hide mess but get the paint made up in washable paint & it wipes down great. My second daughter scribbled on walls & I was able to scrub them.

I've just done my hall, stairs and landing in dulux once caramel latte. It's nice and warm and easy to clean and touch up. Once is fab as I can never be arsed to do 2 coats

I think it's called gentle fawn by dulux. It's nice but 11 years old and definitely in need of a refresh!
