Another North facing bedroom - what colour with these blinds /bedding?

North, north westerly facing bedroom in an edwardian house so two big windows letting in lots of light. Gets the afternoon sun streaming through from about 4pm.

The walls are currently dulux timeless which I do like but it's getting a bit tired looking so could do with a refresh.

I'm after a greige - not too dark.
I'm thinking perhaps skimming stone?

Carpet is beige.

Roman blind is attached.

Bedding in next picture. Or a plain white set.

Any recommendations?

Bedding looks ok but your blind looks modern/contemporary your bedding looks olde worlde

Consider a throw

I know you're after a greige but it might all be very samey with the bedding and blind?

Thanks @quitelikely5 I made them myself .

Iirc the bedding is from the V&A collection.

I would have a throw but the mogs would probably claim it as their own.

I don't mind if it looks a bit samey.

I like the colour of rubine ashes @semaphorically. I've never used their paint before. Does it wear well? I've been a bit disappointed with f&b in the past.

We have the intelligent matte little Greene paint in our bedrooms and the decorators said it was good to use and also it's lasted really well. It doesn't really mark much and if it does they've always wiped off. I've been really pleased with it.

We are in a north facing bedroom with large window/lots of light and have Dulux Natural Calico - nice and light and airy

Tried timeless but it was too cold looking. Calico warmer without being darker

Have you thought about a duck egg blue?

Little Greene intelligent matt is excellent. But Johnstone matches to F&B are equally excellent and hard wearing.

I've just bought a sample of Ammonite for north and east facing large bedroom with 3 windows. Will report back when I've tested it.
