Grey - a dark charcoal. What wood do you have in the room? Flooring?

Sounds like a lot going on.. Agree with a deep grey. We have one wall with a dark grey and it gives a great contrast.

A navy colour could work well too. Are the curtains orange etc? Love orla keily

I'd go navy

You could go dark and [[https://s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/564x/87/1b/c2/871bc2884a528bdec04c88de20010ccd.jpg dramatic] with grey walls - perhaps using mustard or orange as accent colours?

Similarly a dark, stormy blue might look effective

What colour is the chair, and what's the main colour in the curtains? IMHO you need a colour to pull everything together, and I don't think white would be quite right.

Have just looked on the orla Keiley web site and sofa she shows cushions on is displayed in a white room ..
