IKEA is your best bet I think

I've just ordered one from Very half price as I liked the design and reviews are good. You can pay by card and bypass the credit account.

Try a carpet shop-we got one made and they finish the edge for you. So presumably the cheaper the carpet, the cheaper the rug.

When I say carpet shop it was a local
company rather than a chain. They also make sure it is cut so the pattern is even on all sides.

Trago Mills if you can get to one. They do a huge range including some lovely rugs made in Iran/India/Nepal etc and good quality. Although I do also have a nice one from Ikea!

John Lewis Basics - really cheap and really nice, but only available in two colours, I think.

We got a JL one on eBay. It was slightly shop soiled on the back. Half the price of JL.
