Can a heatherish pink work with moss green?

I've no eye for interiors. We've got a slightly tweedy heather pink chair. I've the opportunity to get a beautiful moss green sofa. Will they look dreadful together?

My thinking is they'd be found together in nature. My living room is not nature

The walls are currently a murky greige soon to be repainted. God only knows what colour confused

No those two shades go beautifully together - moorland chic!

Take a look at the new site colours and see what you think? I am saying no though.

Ooo yes petitdonkey that's the thing. Though the chair is a bit dislike and the room much crapper

Anymore for anymore before I commit?

It's quiet in here isn't it?

I think they'd be very natural together - go for it!

Anything like these colour?

Classic combination. Green is a 'nature' colour. Little clashes with it if you think of leaves, trees, moss and the colours nature provides via flowers, leaves etc. It's a wonderful based colour.

Oh you've made me feel much better. Thank you flowers

Yes, very like those colours chish how did you find that little palette thing? I've googled like billyo and not found anything that useful

Lovely colour combination! Im adding the same into my lounge and kitchen accessories.

I just googled 'dusky pink and moss green colour palette'

I cropped the palette out - these are the full pics

There's a website that uses art/nature/photographs and lifts the colours from there and matches it to paint - can't think what it's called though!!

ANd god bless you! Thanks so much. I've got to strip 6 layers of walllaper and sort the walls before painting. I do not want to make a mistake with the colour so this will be really helpful flowers

I have this blanket from Harris tweed on my sofa. I think it would tie your furniture together nicely.

PuraVida Tue 06-Dec-16 20:29:05

worldsworstchildren it would! It's gorgeous, do you know where it came from or is it a recognised pattern that would be easy to find?
