Hello!

Im redecorating and looking for new furniture. I love shops like maison du monde and john lewis (and trying to stay clear from Ikea) but dont know much about home decorating.

Any suggestions along those lines?

A few of my favourites are West Elm, Cox and Cox, Rocket St George, Zara Home. On a slightly bigger budget and for a country-esq feel Oka and India Jane are fab....enjoy the redecorating!

La Redoute has some surprisingly nice pieces, as does Wayfair (if you can trawl through the endless pages). I quite like made.com but haven't actually purchased anything from them as yet, and there seems to be quite a delay for some things.

I like Cotswold Company and have quite a few of their bits - mainly bedside tables and chest of drawers.

Just marking for later when I do some online shopping. I've got some wish lists at John Lewis, made and habitat but it won't hurt to keep looking.

Steer clear of Oak Furniture Land - you are asked to sign more bits of paper than if you were buying a house!!

I'm totally in love with Bluesuntree now. Trying to persuade DH to buy the rothko print for the downstairs loo.
