Lights for vaulted ceiling in kitchen diner

I'm stuck! We need 2 lights that will throw the light up as well as down so that rules out all the lovely industrial lantern type lights. They also need to be fairly large. I really liked www.bespokelights.co.uk/shop-by-era-c1/contemporary-and-classic-modern-lighting-c26/new-york-lighting-collection-saldana-dual-mount-modern-pewter-ceiling-light-p4022 but they say they can't be made with a longer drop. I then went for www.bespokelights.co.uk/shop-by-type-c4/ceiling-hanging-lights-c29/new-york-lighting-collection-lacey-traditional-bronze-drum-shade-ceiling-pendant-light-p3996 but its not available until mid September. So now I'm falling on the mercy of mumsnet. Can any of you knowledgeable souls come up with a solution? It's driving me slightly nuts and since it's a lot of money for 2 I don't want to get it wrong. The finish ideally would be nickel but failing that I thought we could get away with a dark bronze. I've a feeling these links aren't going to work so apologies if not and I'll try to fix them.

Right apologies also because I seem to have lost the ability to do paragraphs. Think of it as an anxious stream of consciousness ramble and you'll get an idea where I'm at. About lights.
What have I become?

Have you asked them if they can alter your preferred light? It says they offer bespoke solutions, and the worst they can say is no, after all.....

Yes I emailed them and they came back to say the one I like can't be made longer. I don't know if there's some specialist site that caters for high ceilings? It doesn't seem to be a very unusual request but if you're not looking for a chandelier there doesn't seem to be a lot of choice.
