Where can I get thick fluffy towels?

After about 20 years (can't believe they're that old 🙈) I think it's time I replaced our towels.

I''m quite partial to those lovely fluffy towels you get when you stay in a nice hotel.

Anybody know where is the best place to get some good quality towels from at a price that wont break the bank?

John Lewis? I usually buy their good ones in the sales. They last well.
Dunelm Mill online often has good stuff at a very good price too.

Primark. Seriously.

Not their cheapest ones but sort of mid range. there was a thread about them recently. There's a lot of love for Primark towels in MN.

I bought a couple for going in to hospital 4 years ago as I didn't want to ruin my 'good' towels. The Primark are probably better than my more expensive ones and have washed really well and retained their fluffiness.

Weirdly, I prefer thin unfluffy towels for getting properly dry.
So no recommendations - just go out & feel them

I mainly have Christy and Sheridan towels, all bought on offer from Fenwicks/Bentalls/Achica.

Then I discovered Primark towels (not the basic ones, the erm classier ones). They are really fabulous and I will be buying more. They wash beautifully and fluff up well.

I have the John Lewis Pima thick fluffy hotel style towels. They weigh a ton and take forever to dry. They look nice tho... I would never buy them again, they're very impractical.

Bhs, or dunelm Egyptian cotton ones are really lovely, wash & fluff up well.
