Duvet cover to go with these curtains?

I have these in my bedroom...

www.dunelm.com/product/duck-egg-songbird-lined-eyelet-curtains-1000018904

They aren't floor length, they stop at the top of the radiator. The walls are a neutral cream which matches quite well. I need to find a duvet cover that will go with them.

The main colour is more of a biscuity cream than a pale cream, so a cream duvet would look a bit off. Also with the walls being cream it could all be a bit dull.

I thought maybe something with both colours in, but not too busy so as not to clash with the curtain pattern?

I'm not very good at this sort of thing so any ideas would be great!

Sorry, link not working from my phone! It's Dunelm songbird pattern (with duck egg birds as the pattern).

I would go with any of the colours in the curtains or the wall or cream/beige colour of the furniture in the first photo in the link. If you find the background colour of the curtains with a duck egg trim, that would look great.

Yes, thanks wow, that sounds like a good plan. The first JL one could fit the bill, I might try to get to a store to have a look at the colours.

House of Fraser do quality thread count far less expensive than JL

I would go for pure white and find a duck egg blue blanket to thrown on bed

I haven't been in HoF for years, I'll take a look. It happens to be near my closest JL so I can do both. Thank you.

I have this set and it is really delicate and pretty. Bought them on ebay and had no idea that they were B&M. Who knew? www.bmstores.co.uk/products/elizabeth-jacquard-damask-bedspread-duck-egg-2852723

I do like a bit of B&M Betty, I bought some lovely cushions there a couple of weeks ago. Will take a look, although I have to be careful of anything too textured. DH has issues with such things...
