IKEA. Many owners of tenement flats in Glasgow (huge windows!) celebrated when ikea opened its Glasgow branch.

Ikea curtains excellent as regards length but they tend to be quite narrow, and most seem to be unlined.
I've found a few sites selling old lady extra long curtains but the long blind search continues.
I'm too tight to have it made to measure!

Have you looked at somewhere like blinds2go? They're extremely cheap - like, equivalent to off the shelf cheap. And I've only ever had good experiences with them.

Another vote for blinds2go. We've had 7 blinds from them now and are very happy with them. They are extremely good value Smile

Do send for the free fabric samples though as its hard to see what the fabrics are like online. They do a free next day sample service.

Ikea do a blind called tupplur that comes 200ish long but they changed to a child-safe mechanism and it's crap- once rolled up about 40 cm of it slides back down.
