which tiles for a cream gloss kitchen?

We have just put in a brown earthstone laminate worktops ( marble granite effect from Howdens) and we are going to have oak flooring.
I am thinking of a combo of duck egg blue, cream and a mocha/ latte colour. Or a light green instead of the blue.
However am not sure about the blue. Green would work but is traditional/ safe.
Any advice or inspiration please?

Not fussed on colours tiles TBH, why not go for the look in the pic you posted, and stick to matching upstands and painted wall with glass splashback behind hob/cooker?

I love coloured tiles, but you need to be careful with that worktop or it is going to look fussy and heavy. I would go for a pale tile with a wash of colour, if going for green or blue make sure they are slightly warm toned to go with the brown, which will avoid them looking too bathroomy in the kitchen. A more handmade look to the tile will also help the tile look like its made for a place for cooking, rather than a spa.

The pallet from scratchandsniff is great, and contemporary too.

Here are some links to fired earth, which can be expensive, but if you choose wisely you can get lovely tiles for a good price. Or look for similar somewhere else. The website is a good place for inspiration as it is easy to filter and has a good curated collection.

Brick shaped tiles in this style would be nice www.firedearth.com/tiles/range/valencia/mode/grid

Or some of these have a brown fleck which would pick out the worktop www.firedearth.com/tiles/range/stonelustre/suitability/wall-kitchens/mode/grid/show/100
