Best white paint?

I need to paint DS's room white - bog standard, normal white (will be injecting colour into bits of the room with some bold teal and orange blocks.

Which is the best paint to go for for coverage? I know I'm going to need to do 2 or 3 coats, but I really want a nice solid white with none of the old pale lemon peeking through.

Is a standard Dulux trade emulsion the best bet, or is there something better out there?
