Choose my kitchen tiles

Please help me decide ... Pale grey (Ikea) kitchen units, wooden work top, white/very pale grey walls. Between walls and work top am planning around 30 cm of white tiles but torn as to which to choose ...

(1) plain white metro tiles

(2) plain white metro tiles with this mother of pearl border for some added sparkle. If that's too fussy (two many small brick shapes) then possibly MoP border with larger rectangular bricks, so have 2-3 rows rather than 5-6

(3) single row of this patterned tile
