To neutralise colours you generally use the opposite colour on the colour wheel ! So pick something with a very is light purple tinge in it - and I mean very very light purple !!! As in not so you'd notice - a bit like Egyptian cotton from dulux ! You can just tell it has a faint purple hue only when you put it next to brilliant white !

Great ! Hope it all goes well ! Keep a small jar /tin of touch up paint for minor fixes in the kitchen with a lable on it !! ( out of the reach of the little ones !!)
