Thanks for Nothing Next

Had a chair on order from Next for 5 weeks that my DH was buying me for Christmas. Just contacted them to finalise delivery on Sunday and they say they're unable to supply it and have cancelled the order. Apparently they were going to notify us later! Customer service is absolutely shocking. Back to John Lewis and Laura Ashley I go, stores you can trust! Sorry for the rant everyone and Merry Christmas.
