Means tested loan

I'm a lone parent getting monthly cms contributions from ex-husband.

Does anyone know if the means tested maintenance loan takes this into account in determining how much my dc would be eligible for with respect to a HE maintenance loan?

I know it's means-tested on the
parent's income but not sure if cms counts.
