Does anyone have any insight on either of these unis? I have been offered places at both to study for a conversion course in psychology, I'm not from the UK and have never even been to either city. Any advice at all from anyone who has been or had a child in either would be greatly appreciated

Try posting on the Scotsnet talk forum as I'm sure you will get some info on Glasgow Caledonian. I know it has a good reputation for specialized career focussed degrees. Glasgow is my home city and it's a great place to live and study. It's easy to get around. Has great shops and sports facilities. Good restaurants, nightlife, museums, theatres etc.Very friendly and good base to see the rest of Scotland - even Edinburgh.
