How do we get a copy of dd's submitted UCAS form with school ref? For about a tenner, iirc?

Sorry, I know this has been on a thread before, but iirc the info was embedded in mucho info about uni applications generally.

Dd's form has gone in, including the school's bits; we'd like to get a copy of it without having to bother the - extremely busy - school.

Any links to the appropriate body would be great.
