Table and chair for a toddler

Hi, my two yr old DD eats her meals in a highchair in the kitchen. My kitchen is tiny and even when the highchair is folded, it takes up a lot of room. I am thinking of getting a small plastic table and chair for my DD where she can eat and also do things like colouring, crafts etc. Does anyone have any recommendations?

Thank you.

I did the same for my DD. I wanted more space around the house and got her a table and chair. Now she has learnt to eat and clean her table after the meals too. She does her crafts and coloring sometimes there although she likes to do them on the floor where there is more space. So I am gently making her get used to using the table when doing her crafts as well now.
So, its 1+ for a table and chair.Smile

My dd had a wooden set from ikea. This was several years ago though. It got used loads for all sorts of things and was strong enough for me to sit at it with her.

Another one for ikea. Round or rectangular plastic table with a matching chair for £25. Pink, blue or green. We've had ours for years now and use it for snack times, jigsaws, painting, playdoh etc.

I got one from Hobby craft. It's a little table and you buy chairs separately, so however many you need. It's been really easy to keep clean.

If you Google hobbycraft kids table you can find it. It was about £30 for table and 2 chairs.

Could you not get a booster seat with tray to go on your dining room chair?

Surely another table and chairs would take up.more room than the highchair?
