Low high chair for a small child's table

I'm looking for a low high chair that will go at a child's table. I have a two year old who snacks at his table and I'd like his 8 month old brother to join him to keep the mess in one place! He outgrown a bumbo and that left him too low anyway. I've seen a few high chairs that adjust lower but they're still too high for a child's table. I don't want to spend too much, and will at some point buy him a chair to go with his brothers, but obviously he won't be able use it for a year or so. I have wondered if one of those fabric straps for adult chairs might work, but suspect it would be too big? Any ideas?

I have a Little Helper high chair which is very similar to the cheap Ikea one but it has 2 sets of legs to make it high or low.

I could measure the height for you if you like :)
