Can anyone recommend a cheap highchair my son can't escape from???

The Ikea Antilop is causing problems, was great when he couldn't stand, now he's constantly attemping an escape! Can anyone recommed a cheap highchair with a proper harness, a bit more fitted too, as he can also escape the wooden ones they have in restaurants too, makes eating out great fun!
