A part-time admin job has come which sounds pretty good, however the company wants someone self-employed as they are a small company. Although I know the basics of becoming self-employed, what are the pros/cons of this on a day to day basis? Also, what percentage would you need to add on to your normal "employed" hourly rate to cover tax and NI? TIA
