There's a salary calculator on TES connect and if you google net salary calculator you can plug in the figures and will get a break down of yout net monthly salary - will look for links.

No - but the take-home pay for a sec teacher on ups3 for 3 days per week is around £1250. Not sure how much of a difference the UPS3 makes!

take annual pay, divide by 195 for daily rate. then to work out take home deduct 30%. that'll give you a rough figure

I am primary UPS3 and do two mornings. My take home is £670 per month.
