Anyone using Medisec digital dictation?

I've just been offered a new job, I'll need to use medisec digital dictation and I've not used this before. How difficult would you say it is to pick up?
I've experience of working in an admin/sec role previously, but we used winscribe - that was 5 years ago and more recently, in another role my team are using the old tape decks which I've not seen for years ha ha.
Any advice appreciated.
