What kind of experience/skills do you have? I say this because it’s a tricky role, I don’t want to help someone who won’t be right for the role but very happy to if you’re the right type of person! Nothing wrong with time off, I’d hire you if you were right. Happy for you to PM me. Sorry not to help straight away but reticent to help someone not suitable. Hope you understand.

Sorry, tardy reply!

The difference with an SBM role is that you are likely to be on the SLT. What type of leadership roles are you most comfortable with, what’s your default style/experience.

How focused on the schools vision are you - how will go about achieving it. How will you balance core responsibility areas.

Go with some clear examples of things you’ve dealt with. What will be your biggest challenges? Where do you need to develop, how will you go about it.

Some ideas to get you thinking, good luck!

Good Morning
Thank you SenoritaViva I have done a lot of research on the school & their School values
Fingers crossed, I do feel very nervous which is unlike me, but nerves are good I suppose having said this I’m not to sure if it’s because I may well have to say goodbye to my School now.
What will be will be hey.
Thank you once again & have a nice day
