Are there any children and adolescent mental health nurses out there. I'm looking for advice on how to prep for an interview (children's panel)

I have to send a 'this is me' statement before the interview. I don't know where to start with that. Or what to add. I have written professional ones but this is for the children to read about me.
There will be a professional interview then a children's panel interview but need to send the statement first.
