Hi all,
Looking for advice from any nurses that can help point me in the right direction. I've recently completed my nursing studies and was recently successful in gaining employment within a medical receiving ward.
I'm aware that the ward is quite full on and busy which has made me a bit apprehensive/anxious as I've not had experience on this type of ward before. I know that I'll be supported within the ward but I don't want to be a burden to the staff. As I've not yet got a start date, I was going to use this time to study/refresh my memory on things that may help. Is there anything in particular I should be looking at?
Many thanks!
